Payment terms
- One-time payments only. Single Memo ($20) and Fundraise Pass ($99) charge once. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
- Refund window: 14 days from the charge. Email lieric8@sas.upenn.edu and the refund processes via Stripe within one to two business days.
- Access today: Single Memo and Fundraise Pass run through Stripe checkout. Diagnostic Memo is self-serve via the free tier.

Verdict drafts an investment memo on a deck in five to seven minutes. The first memo is free, lifetime, no card. Verify Verdict on your own deal before paying anything.
The math
A Tegus seat runs $1,000+ a month. A Pitchbook seat, $5,000+ a year. An associate’s first read of a deck takes about 45 minutes at roughly $200 an hour. Verdict drafts the same artifact in five to seven, and charges $35 a month for ten of them.

Subscription terms
- Auto-renewal: Solo VC and Pro Team renew monthly until canceled.
- Refund window: 14 days from the first charge. Email lieric8@sas.upenn.edu and the refund processes via Stripe within one to two business days.
- Cancel anytime: manage card, change tier, or cancel via the customer portal in /settings/billing.
- Access today: Solo VC and Pro Team run through Stripe checkout.
- SOC 2 + procurement: SOC 2 Type I attestation in progress; expected H2 2026. Pro Team and Enterprise buyers can request a DPA (data-processing addendum) and an attorney-reviewed data-handling brief through the in-app support form.
- Price lock: Solo VC at $35/mo locks for life on the Stripe price_id. A future v2 reprice does not auto-upgrade existing subscribers.
