- If a run stops before your memo is written, it does not use a memo, and neither does running a deck you have not changed.

What counts as a memo?
One run of one deck. Running a deck you have not changed is free, and so is a run that stops before your memo is written.
When do memos expire?
A founder’s memos last 90 days from the first one they run, not from the day they buy. A plan’s memos last as long as the period that paid for them.
Do memos add up?
Yes. Every memo you buy adds to the ones you already have.
How do refunds work?
Within 14 days of a charge, email accounting@useverdict.io. Where Verdict did not do what you expected, you get the money back. The full terms are in section 5 of the Terms.
Can a program pay by invoice?
Yes. Accelerators and university programs start with a call and are billed by invoice.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax.
